Please read and follow steps carefully to be fully registered. You are only registered once ALL steps are completed. Step 1 – Parents must complete the online registration at this site. You will be asked to complete personal information, agree to athletic contract policies and medical insurance information. Hood River Valley High Schoo l Hood River Middle Schoo l WyEast Middle Schoo l Step 2 – Students must have a qualifying physical exam on file in the athletic office. Physicals are good for 2 years from date of your last physical. All Freshman must have a new physical dated after June 1. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the Athletic Office or attach to your online registration account. Step 3 - Participation Fee - $140.00 per sport ($300.00 cap per student). A student who is eligible for free or reduced lunch may also be eligible for an adjustment fee (free $40.00, reduced $45.00). Participation is encouraged and no student will be denied participation if a financial hardship exists. There is a $5.00 processing fee for paying online. If student has almost reached the individual max and you won’t need to pay for the full activity fee for the next sport, you may choose to ’Pay Later’ then send your payment through cash or check to the Athletic office. Equipment – School issued athletic equipment is to be properly maintained by the athlete during use and returned as specified. No athlete shall be allowed to participate in a sport until all previously issued athletic equipment has been returned or proper restitution is made. Eligibility – Athletes must meet all eligibility requirements set forth by the OSAA and the Hood River Valley High School as defined in the Athletic Contract.
